Unconference 

Unconferences are like conferences (but are different in 3 ways): 

1. attendees create the agenda (not organisers), 

2. it's about discussions (not presentations), 

3. attendees face each other (not the stage).  

Unconferences often:

1. 1. last a day or 2, 

   2. start by creating an agenda, 

   3. run several parallel discussions, 

   4. repeat step 3 several times per day.  

I attend, organise and volunteer for unconferences big and small. I've done so for over a decade. Hence this book (-: 

I used National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in November 2023 to start typing this book. Special thanks to Samantha Venia Logan for 1-2-1 and group support sessions.
