Community

My slogan is, "Bring us together, make things better". 

I've had several professional community roles. 

My first was in 2014 at the Government Digital Service where I: 

• built the Service Manager community,

• edited and published the GOV.UK:

  • community development handbook, 

  • community development framework.

Originally written by Meg Pickard, these 2 pieces of guidance help develop communities of practice in government. Much of it can be applied to other communities, especially the 3 P's of people, programme and platforms. 

I've collaborated on guidance and training courses structures for community professionals, most notably with Rosieland.
